Payment Policy

Fees are estimated at your initial visit and should be settled during treatment with full payment due on completion of treatment.

For your convenience the practice accepts all major credit cards, schedules with a guarantee card and cash.

In addition the surgery is affiliated to the Denplan health care programme.

Cancellation Policy

If the appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice we will make no charge, and reschedule your appointment at a time more convenient to you.

Each year a certain amount of surgery time is lost to appointments cancelled at short notice. If we are unable to reschedule that time we have to pass this cost on to our patients, we can avoid this if we have the required 48 hours notice.
